Very cute place! It looks like it needs a little bit of a facelift but I can't really complain. The room smelled really nice! We saw a groundsman going around cleaning trash and the courtyard. He was very nice! We will definitely come back

We were in the Tonto Basin riding side by sides. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. It was very hot when there and air conditioning worked great. Beds were very comfortable. Space was perfect for 2-3 couples. Nice having laundry facilities with being dusty after day of riding. ...
