The upstairs was very hot during the day even with the AC on the downstairs was hot too but not as bad. So if you rent this, you should rent it during the winter. There were ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom of one of the bedrooms. We saw deer almost daily walking through the back yard and through the neighborhood that was very fun to see.
