"We pick a room with the view of the canal. Opening the windows to see the canal was a relaxing experience, specially in the morning when is only the neighbors walking the dogs and the streets are empty. There is a convenient restaurant in front with a romantic view for a dining in the quiet Canal. There is partner hotel 2 doors from the Arlecchino , and having the option of an American breakfast with eggs in the morning was great after traveling days and missing some eggs at breakfast.. There is people out in the restaurant at night but the windows can be completely close the shutters or the window glass and there is no noise felt inside the room.. and we were literally in top of the restaurant…"

"The location is truly unbeatable, especially if you’re short on time in Venice before flying out. That said, our experience was disappointing given the price point. The AC in our room stopped working, and rather than addressing it that evening, the staff opted to ‘monitor’ it overnight. We had to push for a fan. Maintenance did fix it the next day, but it broke again before the evening was out. Not a hotel we’d return to."

"We had a spectacular stay at Palazzo Veneziano. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. They kindly upgraded my daughter and me to a junior suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and made our vacation feel truly special. A major highlight was the complimentary excursion they offered us to Murano to watch the master glass blowers at work—it was fascinating and seamlessly arranged. The hotel staff was also incredibly helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport, taking all the stress out of our departure. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and provided the perfect base for a lovely time in Venice. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Perfect location for the popular sites tucked away on a street short walking distance from the Rialto bridge and St Marks square. The hotel is decorated in a traditional Venetian style but with a modern touch. The reception staff are available 24 hours and are very friendly. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning and bathroom facilities. We didn’t choose to have breakfast so can’t comment. Lots of great restaurants on the same street as the hotel and nearby. We would happily stay here again"
