This completely remodeled home offers two separate bedrooms with TVs to allow for quiet, relaxing nights. Netflix is available for your viewing. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sectional sofa, and enclosed porch add to the charm. Coffee maker is present to warm up with a hot cup in the morning. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Perrysburg, and is a 5 minute drive to Levis Commons. 1 mile from the highway, this location can’t be beat! Enjoy off street parking in the driveway on a nice, quiet street. Wifi available. This house was well-stocked, clean inside, and everything worked. Kitchen was great. Check in and out were seamless. Owners were responsive. The house is older, with new flooring and a fresh coat of paint and new kitchen. The beds were ok, foam mattresses with mattress protectors but no mattress pads, thin sheets, really nice pillows. Shower worked great. The outside of the house really needed a good cleaning. There were cobwebs and built up debris around all the windows and doors.
