Tolchester Beach Vacation Packages

Great location, but we couldn’t sleep due to the loud AC. We had to stop the unit during the night, because of the loud noise and when asked the management for assistance they disregarded. We were told on the second day that someone will come and check on the AC, but that didn’t happen.

No issues at all. Stayed 5 days/4 nights. Will come back next year.

Both my wife and I are in our mid seventies. Our unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. As soon as you enter the building you are hit with a musty smell and a damp, clammy sense. Same thing in the unit itself. One dining room chair was broken. The vent over one of the beds hung down a few inches precariously held up by tape. The door to the balcony patio had a one inch gap to the threshold. Hot water for showers was lukewarm at best. Some ants and flies.

Rooms were clean, but bring a Swiffer or good mat to put at the entrance of room for shoes/sand. Drinks at the beach bar were tasty, but do not eat at that bar: kitchen was disgusting and grill had not been cleaned in a long while. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The beach was significantly eroded so very small, but there are umbrellas and chairs for rent(we brought our own). Definitely get a room with a kitchen, worth it to save money on meals. Fitness center was well maintained but pool was really gross ( expected when people are coming right from the beach into the pool).
