Hotel has classic decoration, is clean, rooms are spacious, near from transport, restaurants, 7 eleven and bars at Shinjuku. If you want a quiet place and save money this is a good place to stay. This was our first trip to Tokyo, and we gave a lot of thought (and research!) about where to stay, and we’re so glad we picked this area (Kabukicho/Shinjuku). The prime location of this hotel beats everything else! The price is very decent considering where it is, plus it’s very roomy, and has its own fridge, and Japanese style bathroom, which we enjoyed. The staff is very courteous, and accommodating. It is quite close to Shinjuku station and to all the shops and amenities. As the other reviewers suggest yes it is old, but it is very clean. It is well run, and the rooms are very large for Japan, which was excellent for our last three nights, as we needed to have space to organize our purchases. I highly recommended place as excellent value for money.
