Right across the road was Chesterman's beach. We walked down a few evenings to sit and watch the sunset. Absolutely beautiful. The resort was clean and staff was very friendly. Only thing we disliked is no coffee machine in the room so you had to go downstairs to the coffee shop and pay for coffee if you wanted any. I just figured with how much we paid we should atleast get 1 coffee a morning each free. Loved the lounge, especially on a stormy day. Front desk staff were personable and interested. My room was so comfortable and had all of the extras, coffee/tea on demand, shower amazing, and absolutely loved the retro decor. 8 thumbs up for whoever came up with this idea! I'll be back for sure with my dog. This hotel blew away any expectations I may have had. From the moment we walked in (4 adults 2 rooms), the staff at check were so welcoming. The breakfast at the restaurant ( breakfast poutine/fried chicken eggs benny) soooo good. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The amenities, these blew mind. From the old school games room, to the on site laundry, tetherball, fire pits, hot tub and sauna. All 10/10\. Our rooms had king size beds, these were super comfy. The check out on Monday morning, again the staff were just amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again as well as highly recommend to family, friends and coworkers.
