The room and customer service was good. The noise on the other hand was unacceptable. The people above us started partying after midnight until about 5am. It's impossible to sleep under those conditions.

OK for a few hours to rest for an overnight flight, but the rooms really need updating. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, but the mattress was springy and many things, including the bathroom facilities, need an overhaul. Also, wild that they wouldn't give us a bottle of water after our long day (arriving at 1:30am) without a $2 charge.
