Rude. Rooms didn’t lock. I was moved 3 times. TVs didn’t work. Room looked like it was used right before I entered. Housekeeping was very very rude about leaving by 11

When we arrived at the room, the access code didn’t work, so I contacted the host. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a response, so I had to reach out to support. The air conditioning was just awful...we set it for 72° and froze when it was blowing but when the fan turned off, it got unpleasantly warm. This made sleeping very difficult. The washroom looked nice but the toilet was quite low. No hand held shower
