Everything was perfect. The location is beautiful, with one of the best sandy beaches in the area, free sunbeds for hotel guests, a great variety of pools, from kids' pools to really deep ones, wonderful animation, and responsive staff. The only thing I'd change is the mattress. We stayed at Mikri Poli Kos for over 3 weeks and the back pain was with us for even few days after return.

Okay experience We came as a couple’s holiday and selected all inclusive. The rooms and the hotel was very clean. Rooms are recent size and had a great view. The hotel is in a big area so you can use beach buggies to go up and down. It has its own mini market for essentials. The negatives are: The food isn’t good at all. There are many options but the food itself is similar to mass produced Sodexo food. I’m the second day, I couldn’t have any of the food and had really bad stomach ache. The coffee is horrible machine coffee. They don’t serve anything close to good Greek food. The beach is very underwhelming. Even though the name of the hotel says beach hotel, it really isn’t. You cannot swim due to high levels of pebbles. You need to go to a beach that’s further in the city and you would have to pay. Cleaning is every other day, not everyday. All inclusive, everything is included except some special alcohol (understandable) and a water bottle. You can get a glass of water but not a bottle, you would have to pay extra. Especially the Greek staff are very cheerful and happy. Overall, I would give a 3/5 star. It’s expensive for what it gives and not suitable for anyone except big families with small children.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und sie haben ein Ameisenproblem. Wir hatten überall im Zimmer Ameisen, auch im Bett! Es gab eine Durchgangstüre ins andere Zimmer, dass anderen Gäste gebucht haben. Die Türe von unserer Seite war nicht abgeschlossen und wir haben es vermehert angesprochen, jedoch wurde nichts unternommen. Das Hotel hat ein grosses Problem mit Hornissen. Überall hat es Näster und diese waren auch vermehrt überall draussen im Hotel. Das Trinkwasser im Restaurant schmeckte sehr stark nach kalk, dies konnte man nicht trinken. Im ganzen ist das Hotel nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Good hotel, buffet service provided was excellent, guests somewhat exuberant in their portions, staff super friendly and helpful. À la carte a tad disappointing as was food at pool snack bar. Lobby bar was lovely with great staff as was reception staff. Recommend.
