« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« I stayed for two nights. The hotel, room and pool area was clean. Most of the Staff was friendly and kind. The only thing that I didn’t like is that house skipping didn’t clean and skipped our room, didn’t even leave new towels. Other than that our stay was pretty good. »

« Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊 »

« The ocean view was nice. The balcony door need to be replaced. It was foggy. Door to room hard to close and you can hear everyone slamming their door from your room. »

« Hotel needs some upgrades. Wevstayed for 6 night and not once could I get my room cleaned. Had to keep calling or asking for toilet paper. I ask at front desk and directly to housekeeping to clean an change sheets since I had kids in the room and never got the room clean. They always had and excuse and said they’ll try. Kids were very disappointed »

« I've been staying here, as a traveling surgical tech, since Feb 2026. The manager has been very accommodating as well as the staff. I've left things in my room. They've reached out and returned it everytime.I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area. Very traveler friendly. »
