« My stay here was excellent. I enjoyed the peace and quie, which made it a great place to work remotely. I appreciated having everything I needed... dishes and silverware, washingmachine, coffee and coffee pot. The neighborhood is beautiful and a wonderful place for morning walks. I would definitely reserve this unit again when I visit Durham. »

« Overall a nice stay. It is an apartment on one side of a house with full-time residents living on the other side. I would have felt bad bringing my little kids along but it was fine for my teen and I. The beds were comfy and lots of extras to not have to take along-iron, hair dryer, kitchen items. »

« This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown...

« This property needs to be removed from the list to be able to stay in. This property is a converted low income housing unit. Pretty much every piece of furniture in the house is falling apart. They are cockroaches everywhere The owner says that this is new to them. Absolutely a lie. They strategically have roach traps, hidden in places you wouldn’t think about looking. I am very disappointed about this stay and will definitely never ever stay there again. I feel like the property owner owes me...
