"The kitchen was very well-appointed and stocked. We also appreciated the ability to check-in an hour early - since I had very elderly (90 - 94) people in our group. The backyard was lovely and relaxing.Communication issues: We needed to talk to a human before we booked to check on ADA accessibility - and we could only get a chat bot which could not answer our questions appropriately. A disabled person using a rollator walker found it EXTREMELY diffficult to enter the front door due to the swing of the screen door and the fact that the "stopper" on the screen door was broken. It took 3 of us to help her - the porch is only slightly wider than the screen door. We did not know that the living room was 2 steps down - luckily it had rails on one side. Whenever we asked questions, we only ever got automated answers. More disabled people are travelling and have special needs that they need to communicate. Questions after booking were also "answered" erroneously by a chatbot. For this price, there should be an ability to talk to a live person before/after booking.Primary bed VERY LUMPY, it needs to be replaced!Past rentals we've stayed in provided an iron/ironing board. People need to iron their clothes sometimes. We had to bring one all the way from California. If flying, this would not have worked and we may not have stayed here.The cleaning fee very high. It leans toward dishonest to list a rental fee that is almost as much, if not less, than the nightly cleaning fee."
