"The rooms are not very big however all

"The property is in a pretty location, less than 10 mins walk from Chaudfontaine station, the staff were friendly, the room was very clean. Breakfast was very basic, the room also very basic, it was difficult to cool my room down even with the window open, the shower temperature was also difficult to control with the water being slightly too hot, it was not possible to connect to wifi due to poor signal. "We booked this room to escape the New Years Eve fireworks with our dogs - and it was perfect! The hotel was completely soundproof, and very easy to get to from the highway, with lots of parking.
