The hotel itself has friendly, helpful staff and a lovely courtyard garden for coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Rooms have everything you need and a comfortable bed. First off, the history of this building: it's been here since the 1600's and still has many original features. They did an incredible job thoughtfully renovating the spaces. "So convenient to flying out of Brussels airport in the AM - hotel is clean functional and has a decent restaurant if needed. Makes the am experience easier. Also the main airport train station is below the airport and just steps away if you need to train in or also you want to do a short visit to local cities as example to Antwerp- which we did when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay an extra day/night"

"We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."

"Superbly located, modern hotel near the university, excellent restaurants and sights. The bed was quite comfortable, and the (air-conditioned!) room was nicely designed and appointed. There is a nice lounge with morning coffee downstairs and a small, but decently equipped and maintained workout room on the first floor. Staff were unusually nice to work with and helpful. Excellent four-day stay."

"The building seemed pretty new, all clean and good sized rooms. However, the bodywash was empty, and the whatsapp numbers provided inside the rooms doesnt work. Breakfast is decent and fresh, no complaints about it. Staff were reasonably good, and no complaints too. After a long road trip with a family of 7 and occupying 2 rooms, we expected decent clean up and the rooms not having bodywash was disappointing. Also, the car park isnt free which we assumed is included in the charges already paid.-...
