Clean, hotel with excellent staff, pools and facilities including the gym. The A La Carte restaurants were good and the food at the buffet breakfast was pretty good. I felt for a 5 star the 3 things missing for me was better quality food at the evening buffet and à la carte, more in room amenities coffee machine instead of a kettle, smart TV with Netflix/ Amazon prime capability and extended opening hours for gym (advertised at 8am - 4pm although everyone went in earlier and later anyway). But overall very happy with our stay but a few tips to make it a real 5 start resort.
