« We tru-ly enjoyed our stay at Tru Hilton as the staff were fabulous. They offered an early check-in and were helpful throughout as it was during "TET"when everything was closed. The balcony view was excellent to see all the fireworks. The staff even gave us a gift for the Lunar New Yr! Breakfast was delicious too! We loved the modern decor and hip vibe of the hotel spaces. Our room was super clean and well designed and maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Ha Long City!!! Much...

« Personnel a été plus que adorable, la chambre juste parfaite et propre, les équipements au top. Le seul grand bémol c’était le bruit insupportable des travaux au 21 eme étage mais vraiment insupportable !! D’autres hôtels 5 etoiles auraient offert un surclassement ou un geste commercial comme offrir une bonne bouteille ou un repas mais ce ne fut pas le cas hélas. »

« Très bon séjour au sein de ce bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la baie ainsi que sur le golf. Mention spéciale à Simon pour ses services et sa disponibilité ainsi qu'à Hoang thi Thuan. Seul bémols, indépendant de l'hôtel: comportement honteux de la part du personnel du golf. Personnel très désagréable et prix exorbitant pour les étrangers. »

« Hôtel super sympa très belle chambre avec un très grand lit et une bonne literie, un accueil super sympa tout le monde est aux petits soins avec vous , vous avez l’impression de faire partie de la famille, il y a même un jeune réceptionniste qui parle 3 mots de Français, bien placé en plein centre avec de quoi manger ou boire un coup à pied la plage un peu loin mais faisable à pied aussi , une location de scooter à petit prix est disponible pour ne pas se casser la tête.. Pour résumer pour c’est...
