She was so helpful, polite and friendly that it made my stay. I don't go to another country expecting them to speak English, it is the world's second choice for a language and the main language of tourism so its was a bonus that Chan spoke very good English. Great value, friendly servers for breakfast and very efficent cleaning staff.
