The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. The service is EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. It is definitely Luxurious and they have Live Music with 2 singers that have the voices of angels. Quite expensive to be Vietnam but it also includes food and activities. We participated in three activities and all places were very crowded. So the activities could have been better but the view from the room is amazing. Got a pleasent surprise during the check-in as they provided an upgraded Premium cabin to me. The entire process from check-in to checkout including the to and fro transfer to the Cruise and the excursions was hassle free and nicely managed. The entire staff was very courteous and was able to help us out whenever needed. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was also good, infact they also provided Indian food which was also a surprise for us. There are couple of improvements which we have communicated to the Cruise Managers and has been well noted by them for future experience 1\. Good quality WIFI should be made available on the entire cruise. It was only available in the Restaurant and Reception area and that too didn't work sometimes 2\.
