Overall a pretty clean property. Inside and out. Not a bad location either. Staff were super awesome. Check in time was til 3pm. but we drove over 12 hours and they got my room ready for me by 1:40pm. My friends said the food was pretty good as well. (I enjoyed sleep over food) bed was way better compared to most and the rooms A/C did a great job. Thanks again.

My wife and I had the greatest time together in the most beautiful and serene location off the beaten path in three rivers. The owner was friendly and courteous, his service was above and beyond all expectations. We had very good WiFi service and were able to use our phones to call and text. Three Rivers and Paradise Ranch is our new spot to vacation together. Try the dinner with recipe from the commissary, better and cheaper than a nice restaurant. Thank you Kenneth.
