"Bright, spacious & in a lovely location. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. There were chocolates & wine on arrival. Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. The maintenance man attempted to fix it on day 1 & day 2 without success, but since we were only there 3 nights, we didn't bother ringing him on day 3. Also, nowhere to dry wet...

"We had a lovely time and the cottage was in a perfect spot. A walk around the corner to the beach and flowers left by the owner. It’s a quaint little place that comes with the usual things. Such as a low door way and winding staircase which you do get used to. The garden really was lovely to sit in and private too."

"Lovely little place, spotlessly clean,only parking for one car but there is free overnight parking straight outside on road,Holt has everything you'll need,ideal for a base to explore all the coastal towns.Communication with the host was quick and accurate, highly recommend for a great holiday."

"Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area. The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit. The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...

"We had a wonderful holiday in Vine Cottage. Karen and Andy are great hosts and the cottage is in a perfect location for exploring north Norfolk. The cottage is very comfortable and clean and also has lots of character. We would definitely stay at Vine cottage again."

"A delightful cottage, that has much more room than you imagine, it is in an excellent location to explore the North Norfolk coast, with a lovely garden that our Grandson and dog ran around all day! . There were 4 adults a toddler and a lively dog, but we never felt ‘ on top of each other’ and had a such a great week we have already booked to go back. "
