"First time in this chain of hotels and we were pleasantly surprised. View over lake lovey, the lady that checked us in was great, very informative about the hotel and surrounding shops. She was really welcoming. Had a good nights sleep. Will definitely stay again"

"Check in was quick. Room was dated but clean and tidy. Gym was adequate. However, I barely slept. The room was ridiculously warm, even with the windows open. The walls were paper thin so I could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. The hotel is on a main road so the traffic noise was loud with the window open. "

"Lovely stop over right next door to services, staff were friendly and welcoming, excellent extra payment of £20 for a dog, rooms are clean and beds so comfortable "
