Neighborhood iffy. Three police cars nect door looking around the premises and a strange man with dog sitting in the dark on the back stairs behind my unit when we got home one night. However there are several things that could be improved upon.We arrived around 5pm in December so it was dark. The carport and entry were not shoveled and the exterior light wasn't on.
