Relax with a book or coffee in the spacious living room with large smart TV and an indoor fireplace. The home has a beautiful kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances & French doors out to the deck and grill area. There is a large fenced in back yard to help keep your pets and children safe from wandering. The back yard boasts a large fireside area with a natural gas fire feature and plenty of relaxed seating. The living room has ample seating with two large sofas and a flat screen smart tv with cable and WiFi included. \*Pack-n-play available by reservation only. Please request at booking. Linens for the pack-n-play, not provided. \*\*Please note: to maintain affordable pricing, there will be an additional occupancy fee of $25 per person for more than 4 people. It is a quaint older house but has really been upgraded with modern conveniences: smart TVs, on demand water heater, very capable air conditioning, etc. Nice to have the laundry available AND since it was in the outbuilding it was nice and quiet.We enjoyed the firepit/seating in the back yard.
