Happy with my stay. Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is a few steps from the cathedral and the Historial de Jeanne d'Arc. It's about a 15 min walk from the train station. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping all around. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. I also didn't have a car, so I can't comment on the parking.

We were at Rouen during red alert week, and we were grateful for the air conditioning. Because we booked our room with Expedia, they gave us the worst room possible, we share a wall with a service elevator and the central air unit was on our ceiling. Our AC worked but it was really loud 24/7.
