"They advertise a pool BUT they don’t have one. The covers had stains, & you could tell they painted over mildew inside the room we were in. Thankfully though they didn’t have any bugs inside the rooms. "

"Everything was clean , I felt safe while traveling alone. I only dislike that I only had cash & I asked to person at the breakfast if she could save my bills for the week she said no & I noticed she never gave me change bac but whatever "

"Had a great one night stay. Suite is clean, functional, and in a nice quite neighborhood that is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping in San Marcos square. Had a good porter at the VooDoo Brewery for a night cap and enjoyed a nice breakfast on the patio of Southern Grounds Coffee shop. Suite is as described and pictured. We'll look to stay here again if in the area. "

"Very much enjoyed our one night stay here! We had a show at The Florida Theatre, and were able to walk right over and grab a bite and then see the show. Room on the river was scenic, have to pay for parking in the garage, but being able to walk where we need to go was perfect! Breakfast was delicious!"

"It did have a kitchen that could have been utilized if there was flatware, utensils, drink ware and cookware. The A/C was great, keep the room at a nice 65 degrees. It was very nice but was dated, overall a good place to stay."
