"No furniture In the Lobby, no place to sit waiting for a pick up . Sink and bathtub stopped up not fixed before we left. Noisy people roaming around and noisy on the second floor--seemed to settle by 12 AM tapping on the window to our room. a few insects in the room, expected because it is FL. Not a hotel for Tourists--seems more geared to help homeless, which is great, but to be homeless hotel and visitor hotel does not work! We stayed 2 nights and left for the next 4. Would like to speak to a person regarding this situation."

"I wasn't expecting much from the rating, but I thought this property was lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice! My room was poolside so I thought it might be noisy, but this is one of the quietest properties I have ever stayed at! Courtyard and pool were lovely, room was a good temperature and very clean, and check in and out were simple. Really have no complaints, and thought this was a nicer stay than some of the higher-rated hotels at which I've stayed. "

"came here for a concert at Jannus Live with my boyfriend. just needed a cheap place to stay the night. the staff here is super sweet and funny. room was very dirty and i didn’t want to touch anything, but that was expected when booking this motel. i recommend bringing your own blanket to sleep on and sleep with."

"We ended up in a different place due to a plumbing issue with the place we originally booked and it doesn’t give me an option to review that place. The host was able to easily move us to another property and was easy to communicate with. "
