À 8\. pm avec 2 enfants. Inacceptable, nous avons passé la nuit sans douche pour une chambre à plus de 200 dollars la nuit. Aucun geste le lendemain, à peine une excuse, et ménage pas fait. Il paraît que c'est à partir de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Je rappelle que nous avons payé 440 dollars pour 2 nuits. Jamais vu ça. Nous avons également trouvé un cafard dans un lit. Petit déjeuner on ne peut plus basique. Définitivement à éviter. Je vais me plaindre à hotel.com."
