« Nous avons fait une réservation de dernière minute. Du coup, nous avons été placé dans une chambre "ocean view" sans surcoût. Et au rez-de-chaussée avec un accès direct à la piscine. Assez profonde (2m30), relativement grande, très bien chauffée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié de nous y baigner le soir et tôt le matin avant de partir. Le restaurant situé juste à côté de l'hôtel propose un fish-and-chips exceptionnel à base de cabillaud avec des frites fraiches faites maison ! Et avec un concert...

"Séjour de 2 nuits, 2 adultes 2 enfants, au moment de prendre la douche à 6.pm nous nous appercevons qu'elle est cassée, nous le signalons à la réception, à notre retour à 8.pm le réceptionniste nous dit qu'il ne peut rien faire, il est seul, pas d'autres chambres de disponible, je demande à parler au manager, il refuse, la seule option qu'il me propose est de repartir et de me trouver un autre hôtel. À 8\. pm avec 2 enfants. Inacceptable, nous avons passé la nuit sans douche pour une chambre à plus de 200 dollars la nuit. Aucun geste le lendemain, à peine une excuse, et ménage pas fait. Il paraît que c'est à partir de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Je rappelle que nous avons payé 440 dollars pour 2 nuits. Jamais vu ça. Nous avons également trouvé un cafard dans un lit. Petit déjeuner on ne peut plus basique. Définitivement à éviter. Je vais me plaindre à hotel.com."
