Hotel was clean and very nice staff
It needs repairs especially in their bathrooms
Smells like mold and tiles were falling off
Definitely something to look into fixing
But it doesn’t affect the stay
Breakfast was good and very good for being included in the price
Lots of room for parking and close to plenty of restaurants

Great room with 2 beds, it was clean the beds.were comfy. Dog friendly with a grassy area to walk the doggies. Nice staff, friendly and courteous. Under a renovation but we were not disturbed at all. We enjoyed the breakfast and the comfort of a Holiday Inn Express.

By far one of the best places to stay in Forsyth. Was very clean and I observed staff continuously walking around and cleaning/touching up day and night. I have stayed here for 9 days so far and have enjoyed every moment. For me what sets this place apart from others is the staff. They all see to take pride in their jobs and truly make you feel like family. One young man really stands out for me. He always addressed me by name and wanted to make sure everything was going well. So Ray, thank you...
