« Room very comfortable. Hallway VERY noisey well after normal “go to bed” times. Exhaust van in bathroom (room 111) was very noisey. Bed comfortable. Breakfast great…would be great to have hot tea option. Very much appreciate the use of paper plates instead of styrofoam. »

« I asked at check-in if we would be given fresh towels each day and that did not happen. I had to call and ask after nobody freshened our room. The shower experience was also miserable. We somehow ended up in a wheelchair access room and the shower water went all over the floor getting our shoes soaked. The water drizzled out of the shower faucet and continually got very hot then very cold. »
