We stayed at this hotel as a last minute change of plans. It suited our needs for sure; we just wanted an indoor pool. Indoor pool was nice and clean! The room was surface clean but could use a deep clean. The bathroom door is a sliding door and kept coming off track and there was a very loose floor tile in front of the toilet. This is not a complaint, just something management may want to address. Coffee was pretty good and the breakfast was just your average free hotel breakfast. Overall good stay! We'd go back :)

The bathroom had hair all over it, the tub was not clean and strands of hair all over it. We needed the pull out bed obviously since we had 3 adults, we put the packaged sheets and blanket on it and there were tiny worms all over the blanket crawling around. Breakfast was decent but milk was out of date and spoiled. The hair dryer went between hot and cold air and at one point burnt my hair. Will not return there, which is a shame because we plan to visit our daughter at UK.

My room wasn’t ready at 4:00 then when it was ready at 7:12 . Not, Tv didn’t work, jelly on remote jelly on side of bed. Had to to change my sheets. They were used. Staff didn’t apologize.

The room has lots of space. The corridor is cold. Though the room is generally clean but the caulk around the bath tub is black. Breakfast was served with with real utensils, glasses and plates and is good
