"Nice hot tun...clean...quiet "

"I’ll start with the good. The staff was very kind and waited for us as it was late (after 10 pm and we came from far away) before we could get to the room to check in. The room was “swept clean” but it was not clean at all and it smelled of third degree smoke. The bed sheets were clean and kitchen table and chairs clean but that’s it. The bathroom floor was dirty, and we killed a fat spider on the floor. The bathroom had a screened open window and suspect the bug came from this. There was old soap “leftover” in the drain. That was the most disgusting part as well as the third degree smoke. I kept the bathroom open just to get the fresh air to off set the third degree smoke. I booked for two nights but found another place down the road for less and it was so much better. I chose not to say anything that night as it was late for everyone and again the staff at the front desk was really nice but we all needed to go to bed. Never ever could I recommend this place. "

"Floors looked like they hadn't been swept. No outlets or tables beside bed to plug phone into. No way to adjust temperature on the heat. Another family locked themselves out of their room and the owner wouldn't give them another key card without paying a fee for it. They had to call the police because they were locked out of their room. It was freezing too. "

"Girl at front desk was helpful, friendly and courteous. Room was ready, clean and exactly what we needed!"

"The motel was closed during the winter, didnt have enough parking for everyone. Only have breakfast in the summer, and my tv didn't work all weekend "

"Awful customer service. No heat in rooms. Rented a room for wrestling weekend, and had to transfer to a different hotel with working heat. The east coast is experiencing a very cold winter, which I get, but other competitors had working heat. Hotel is refusing to give full refund even though we did not stay there, due to their policy of notifying within 24 hours. How were we supposed to know they had 0 heat?! Expedia cannot override the vendors policy and offered a $50 credit towards a future stay. Both Monaco and Expedia should be ashamed for expecting children to stay in below 30 degree sleeping conditions. "
