"Ac was perfect, kitchen has a coffee pot they supply the coffee, we always bring our creamer. Full size fridge and stove with serving for 2 -3 people… we didn’t need any more so it was fine for us. We had a small problem where the water in Shower would not work… the management quickly rectified this by offering us a one bedroom with kitchen at Aqua which was directly across the street. They upgraded with no added charge. We were very thankful. Beds are super comfortable we love this place! Also had a fabulous dinner at Wine garden food is on point with an excellent Wine list!"

"I had the pleasure of staying at this property seven years ago. However, I must express my disappointment with the poor condition of the room. It was in a state of disarray, and I had to request a thorough cleaning. The overall aesthetic of the property has also deteriorated significantly since my last visit. It appears to have lost its charm and appeal."

"Anything that had to do with the front desk was painful! Check in was a disaster. With 7 people in line it took over 45 minutes to get up to the desk! A very slow process. I had to get a new room key because we accidentally left them in the room, and it took over 30 minutes to get- with 4 people infront of me. The front desk staff was not very polite- seemed as if they were always in a bad mood. Other than that, the rooms were nice and clean, the food was good ( but very very expensive ) and it’s close to the beach. - 2adults/2kids dinner was $145 - they offer chairs on the beach for guests ( $30 extra if you want an umbrella) - pool is small - not much around the hotel as far as dinner options - check in……it’s gonna take a while! And don’t plan on getting a room before 4pm."
