"Arrived and informed that didn’t have a reservation. I showed my confirmation etc for my reservation. The desk clerk was rude. Finally they found my reservation listed under my first name.. Still a jerk. The room was so humid my clothing that I hung up felt damp the next morning. I will never stay in this facility."

"Excellent bar - great espresso martini. Classy hotel all the way around. Had a great corner room with excellent views. Only problem was very loud noise from some kind of concert across from the Galvez in an open lot. Lasted until 1am then started again around 9am Saturday morning - it was an annoyance."
