With a queen size bed and full sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, high lofted ceilings and a beautifully updated bathroom, the space is an ideal set up for couples. Restaurants, bars and shops are a quick walk away. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from the cruise ship terminal. ● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: Free and paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building. The host was extremely helpful, prepared a guidebook and everything was within walking distance with where we needed to go.
