Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. "The room very basic and in need of a refurbishment the carpet was stained with burn marks, the bed very uncomfortable and not the cleanest, the bathroom had stains and was in need of a deep clean, furniture was in serious need of a coat of paint, along with the whole part of the hotel. Only positive comment the place was cheap but won't be staying again"

"Comfy beds. Otherwise, quite run down. Does have an almost pleasant vintage charm to it, mid-century looking fixtures in some places. Like being in Fawlty Towers, except there are no staff, and you're not quite sure if you might get murdered. Good value for money 4/5"

"This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again."

"Room was dirty on arrival, pubic hairs in bed, no other rooms were not available, so had to leave and stay elsewhere. The receptionist was lovely but she was on her own could not help in anyway.
The website shows lovely clean rooms, but this was not the reality. I have started a claim for a refund but would never book to stay again"
