La propreté de la chambre, ça passe.
L'entretien laisse un peu à désirer. Télécommande sans capot des piles 🤔 bon on s'en fou un peu, les jalousies coincées qui ont du mal à s'ouvrir, bon c'est un peu plus embêtant
Le canapé convertible des années un peu lointaines ou il ne vaut mieux pas s'asseoir, bon devant la baie vitrée, c'est dommage.
La piscine belle et avait l'air pas mal mais pas utilisée.
Le parking fermé et gratuit top.
Les jardins top de jour comme de nuit.
Le restau très joli, fermé le soir, dommage et non précisé avant la réservation.
Maintenant le petit déj 🤔 le café ok, le jus ok, les yaourts ok, le pain ok, les viennoiserie repassées moins ok, la charcuterie pas ok du tout, les fruits... Mais l'emplacement est très top.

Attention, alors que nous croyions avoir loué un hôtel, il s'agit plutôt d'un appartement privé dans un hôtel. La prise en charge a donc été très pénible.
Sinon, l'appartement (ou plutôt la grande chambre) est très bien. Propre et bien équipé.
L'hôtel offre plusieurs services, mais vous n'aurez pas accès à tout si vous n'avez pas le bracelet approprié.
Nous étions en basse saison, alors plusieurs restos fermés ou à heures réduites. Très chers.
Presque pas d'animation.
POINT FORT : Le personnel est génial. Gentil, courtois, efficace et toujours souriant
POINT FAIBLE : Ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel, mais la plage est un désastre. Immensément de sargasse. Et de toute façon, la partie délimitée est peu profonde et a de gros massifs rocheux. Ne comptez pas y nager.

We had an awesome time staying at La Toubana! The set up of the resort on the cliff side is very unique….. having a pool up top overlooking the sea and beach below offers the best of both worlds. They have done a great job of making each bungalow feel secluded utilizing the elevation of the cliff and foliage of the land. Bungalow 19 had a great view of a small cover and cliff side but also the southern tip of Basse-Terre in the background. This resort is on the smaller scale and more intimate, if you’re looking for busy nightlife this is not the place. At one point we had the pool to ourselves for close to 2 hours. Drinks and food are a little on the higher end compared to what can be found outside the resort. I would recommend getting a rental car to explore the islands as the resort has free parking. Overall an amazing experience and would totally recommend and even come back!

"Room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Very nice deck area attached to the room with gorgeous views. More breeze than downtown since it's up the hill a little. Walk to rooms is uphilk plus a flight of stairs. Beach is small but has great snorkeling. Large pool and 2 outdoor showers as well ..."
