Such a wonderful location with a beautiful view of a waterfall that is lit at night and the staff was just as wonderful! Very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfectly centered in the downtown. Definitely suggest you stay here! Very clean, close to all the attractions, and there’s two restaurants on the property with great food. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

An amazing hotel close enough to the center of the old town without being in the middle of everything. A beautiful building and our room was great!

The hotel is located along Calle Ronda (one of oldest streets in Quito). Perfect location as it is so close to the central park, president’s palace, San Francisco Church, Cathedral, Basilica and many more. The hotel is very quiet even though a lot of restaurants and shows are outside the facility… perfect for relaxation. There’s filtered water dispenser, so you don’t have to worry about being hydrated. Room was big, bed was clean. A beautiful viewpoint is located at the top level with the views of panecillo and the virgin statue. Free breakfast is available at 0600 which is perfect to grab something before the Tours. Staff were great and attentive. I would really recommend to this hotel.
