"Great location, walking distance to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and friendly staff. This was our 2nd time staying here, the last was in 2019. Comfy bedding. Quiet. Lovely gentleman that helped us with our bags. After getting off a cruise and dealing with crowds and a hectic train ride, then crazy cab ride through Rome to get to the hotel, it was a relief to have such a warm welcome when we arrived. They had gluten free bread which is a big plus at breakfast and good coffee. I was a bit disappointed that they contacted us a week before our stay and wanted our CC or they were going to cancel our stay, we promptly emailed back saying that we were in the middle of a cruise out on the Mediterranean with no cell service. So then I was able to use a cruise staff members phone and call them and the guy at Colonna said that I needed to call back the next day that he couldn’t help. I wish they could have just waited until our actual stay or anytime in the previous year that we had it reserved - we were only staying for 2x nights. It put a dampener on our trip and caused a lot of angst and irritation while we were trying to enjoy our cruise. Please note that they only supply 2x room keys. We had my husbands daughter stay with us as well and the constant swapping of keys made us lose them all the time, as did the other group we were with that also had 3x in their room. All in all it was a wonderful, comfortable, convenient stay and we will recommend it to anyone going to Rome. "

"The staff at this hotel went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. From setting up transportation, to getting us "to go" breakfasts when we wouldn't be around for the included breakfast. Can't beat the location, and the view from the room was great. Would definitely recommend this place!"
