Room and hotel overall was very clean. Amenities were great, including breakfast in the morning. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even extending our stay in our already assigned room when weather ruined our plans to leave Madrid. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, subway stops, etc.

This hotel is a gem staff are friendly and nothing too much trouble. Room was spotless and a good size. Restaurant was excellent even though we arrived later they served us with a smile.
