They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. Con isn’t location - about 10 min by uber anywhere. Actual location is a bit in the ghetto. Once inside, very nice and clean 5*. Beds and pillows are excellent.
