The location is great. The All Black Rugby Experience is on the fourth floor of the hotel and the Sky Tower and Sky City Casino are literally across the street. Great staff and helpful.

The room was nice, clean and at a great location for a stay prior to an early flight out of Auckland or late flight into Auckland. Was perfect and would stay again when travelling. The staff member at reception was super friendly and very helpful.

"the chalet was located next to another that had a tenant. he was noisy and disturbed ok ur stay. the manager stated there was a water issue and to conserve water. we did. the tenant power washed his stuff. woke up in the morning to no water and left ASAP."
