I couldn't reach the air conditioner switch, and I'm not able to safely stand on a chair. It's a VERY old unit.

The room was clean with a good view, and the staff were nice and friendly, but the room could use an upgrade (e.g. It was a broken tile in the bathroom or the bathroom was a little outdated)

Service from front reception staff on arrival when booking platform used had not passed on request for room specific- accomodated and had lovely marina views. Dinner on site lovely and the happy hour at Mobys a real treat. Our second time hope it’s not too long till we return again.
