"The owners were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the homemade baking. The room was great. Nice big room and bathroom. There was parking and use of the pool and a terrace at the top for views and topping up that tan. Couldn’t have asked for more!!!"

"The week spent in this house was truly a great week. The house is beautiful and practical, the pool is big, clean and does not contain too much chlorine. It possible to play table tennis, table football and football. There are enough bathrooms, two kitchens and swings for the kids. The sea and the city Pesaro are not too far away. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice. The fridge was filled when we arrived and they made delicious pizza for us. Definitely recommendable!"

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis et tout le long de notre séjour c'est passé dans la bienveillance et la gentillesse. Notre chambre était très agréable, très confortable, très propre, nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Les petits-déjeuners sont délicieux avec des confitures et des gâteaux faits maison. La propriété est jolie, l'endroit est calme, le jardin est beau et le parking est fermé. Nous reviendrons, nous en avons très envie. Merci pour ces belles vacances !"

"Wir haben einen 14-tägigen Urlaub mit 2 Familien (9 Personen) dort verbracht. Das Landhaus ist im traditionellen, rustikalen Stil gut erhalten und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr ordentlich gesäubert und aufgeräumt. Der Pool wird etwa alle vier Tage von Paolo oder einem seiner Söhne gereinigt. Paolo ist jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmert sich hervorragend und schnell, wenn mal etwas kaputt gehen sollte. "This hotel was great location by the train station and the beach. Definitely known for hosting conferences as we saw lots of conferences scheduled here. The breakfast is amazing!!! The hotel staff was hospitable - despite being understaffed sometimes! "
