The room was clean and functional but, despite recent renovation, quite ugly. The mattress felt like a board mounted on springs. No sea view, no jetted tub, no toiletries as pictured (just a large tub of generic body and hair wash), no robes / slippers. When I questioned this I was told standard rooms don’t have a sea view. It clearly states they do online. The stay was ok but as others said it’s definitely not a 4 star. I would say 2/3 at best. Cleaner was very pleasant and check in staff friendly.
