Loved this place! Roberta was the most accommodating and welcoming host. It was a perfect spot to stop for the night and super charming. Very well maintained, super clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms and beautiful grounds. Roberta went out of her way to make us feel at home and went above and beyond for any requests we had. We can not thank her enough and she was a pleasure. Delicious breakfast, Italian dreams do come true staying here, highly recommend.

Beautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700s

My wife and I had just spent a hectic two days in Venice when we came to this peaceful place with wonderful hosts. The pool was gorgeous and well maintained. We walked for hours amongst the 700 acres of trails. We left after two days wishing we could stay longer. Next time we will spend the week.

Beautiful hotel, friendly check in, lots of parking. I wish we had time to try the spa. It was difficult to cool the room, but this may be a unique situation, because we're Canadian and find a lot of rooms in Italy too warm for us. It's probably fine for people used to milder weather. We kept the window open all night, haha. Good stay!

A great breakfast brought to yr room and eat on yr panoramic patio with tablecloth best pizzas in italy by far a very busy restaurant ate there 3 times, great steak and awesome pasta's

great room, would have been nice to have tea and coffee in communal area .. there was certainly enough room
