Sie waren da, wenn wir sie brauchten und haben uns absolut trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, obwohl man ja auf dem selben Grundstück ist und die Häuser nur 20 Meter auseinander stehen. Tolles Ferienhauses, tolle Gastgeber, klasse Umgebung,... Alles prima!!! .. Gerne wieder :)"

"It's more than a room, it's your own apartment. It's a studio apartment without a kitchen. There are two beds, one queen and one single and a nice terrace that fits 3/4 people. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is PERFECT! You are within walking distance to both the historic center with dozens of restaurants and the beach! This place is a no brainer, location, super nice hosts and immaculately clean."

Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. Empfehlenswert für Leute mit Stilempfinden und dem Wunsch, im Urlaub nur wenig Kompromisse eingehen zu wollen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter."

Il casolare é conforme alla descrizione, per chi cerca una vacanza nella natura e nella quiete. I proprietari ci hanno consigliato un ottimo agriturismo nelle vicinanze per cene a base di prodotti locali."

"Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.Der Weg zum Strand war in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es noch schneller, mehrere kostenlose Strände sind gut erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsläden sind in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Stadt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr schöner Ort um mal abzuschalten, kein Ort für Partys. Civitanova...

"We loved our stay at Manola’s. The location is great—just minutes outside of the old city wall, and minutes from the parking garage where you can park for 3 euros per day. The house is very well-equipped, and Manola is super nice and helpful. We didn’t know how to operate the microwave as a toaster, and she promptly brought us a brand new toaster, which was very much appreciated. Macerata is a great city to visit, as well as a good base from which to explore nearby sights."

"Wir, 2 Familien mit je 2 Jugendlichen, haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der großen überdachten Terasse ist genial und der eigene Whirlpool wurde rege genutzt. Aber auch der große gemeinschaftlich genutze Pool hat eine tolle Größe. Im nahe gelegenen Ort Ostra Vetere gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und einen Metzger und sehr gute Lokale. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Anna war sehr nett und unkompliziert. "We enjoyed our stay at 101 Esino. It was conveniently located <5 min walk to the train station and beach access. We were traveling without a car, so it was a trek into Ancona via foot (we could have taken the bus or train). Would be a fabulous location with a car to explore more of the Marche region. The only things the apartment were lacking were garbage or compost bags and dish soap. Otherwise, we were very comfortable during our stay."

"The property was pretty much as described. Not as colorful as the pictures showed, but was complete with furnishings. The views are as advertised, Beautiful, looking over the valley and water was fantastic. Because for our trip the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the patio area morning and night without any discomfort, no jackets or warm cloths needed.
