Clara was very accommodating, even with our late check-in, into our surprise, we had a larger suite. Breakfast was over the top with freshness and deliciousness. The morning staff was ever so helpful getting us a taxi lined up to our next destination.

We absolutely loved this hotel!!! An absolute paradise for our honeymoon. We initially booked a Luxury Beach Bungalow, but when a minor room issue came up, the Management team was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make it right by upgrading us to an overwater bungalow (next step above already booked). Waking up over that stunning lagoon and experiencing their world-class service made all the difference. A Massive & extraordinary recovery and a such an amazing property from start to finish. I highly recommend and would definitely book again..

Room was very clean the included breakfast was very good fresh made eggs to order not a lot of gluten free options.
Front desk was very helpful, we needed a later checkout and they took great care of us.
I left something behind 2 weeks prior to this stay and they had it in lost and found.
To me that is pretty amazing. Highly recommend a stay here.
