Chateau Resort & Conference Center
Everyone here was nice and accommodating, but the beds were very uncomfortable. I left with a sore back. Oh well. You get what you pay for I guess.

Best Western Plus Poconos Hotel
The staff were not helpful at all with my situation I had a horrible experience with my stay with my room the room was filthy a lot of dust broken outlet clogged bathroom sink carpet dirty manager still has ignored my request to speak to him the halls is dirty trash all over inside the hotel
