"Ok. I gave it 5 stars but there were some hiccups. The key they gave me at check in did not work. So..I had to lug all my stuff back down to get some more keys. The staff was very apologetic. The hotel is old and worn but the Staff works hard at doing the best they can. The Lounge is Awesome! Food and Drinks were great as was the Service. The only thing I do recommend is invest in some good Disinfected sprays. Ones that smell good. I travel with my on Lysol and I definitely had to use it in my room. It was not terrible but it was not good. "

"The staff was very courteous, and the room was clean, however there was a bar of soap left in the shower that was not ours, so We are hopeful that the shower was cleaned and the bar of soap was just an oversight.. also, our reservation was for four people, but there were only three glasses, plates, forks etc in the unit.
